Meet Veralda Ambra, an exceptional organic orange wine from a small family-run winery in Croatia. This golden-yellow wine with a slight amber sheen is poured thick and viscous, offering a rich and inviting experience.

Tasting Notes: This full-bodied wine is extremely intense and complex, with an oily texture and a sweet tannin flavor balanced by enough freshness. It boasts a long-lasting sweet fruit flavor and exotic spices.

Winemaking Process: The wine is made from organically grown Istrian Malvasia grapes. After a 4-week maceration fermentation, it undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged partly in new and partly in neutral 225L oak barrels for 12 months. A portion of the wine is matured on yeast precipitate in stainless steel, keeping a balance of warm body, medium-high acidity, and a long-lasting fresh taste.

Food Pairings: Enjoy this wine with dishes like shrimp or mushroom risotto, white fish, salmon, various pastas with meat or seafood, chicken with cream sauce, and grilled vegetables. It also pairs well with Istrian fuži with lighter white meat sauces and stronger, spicy dishes. Serve at a temperature of 12-14°C.
