Currently, we only offer our services in the Netherlands. If you are based in another country please get in contact with us via email.

We strive to offer you the best possible service, and the one that fits your needs. You can choose between the following delivery options: 

1. Pick up at our location (on appointment only)

2. Standard shipping Flespakket & PostNL (specialized service for wine. Fast, insured and extra protected)

3. Standard PostNL shipping

4. Personal free delivery in Amsterdam by team 


Choose your preferred shipping option during your order process. Generally, we keep our products in stock at all times. Upon your order, we will do our best to get your order delivered within 2-3 business days. For all orders above 100€, we offer free shipping. 


Return Policy

We strive to make you satisfied with every purchase through our website. However, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind. You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, without specifying the reason. This right is only applicable if the product seals have not been broken. If you have opened the products, your order will be deemed final and there is no possibility to return it. 


You have 14 days from the cancellation date to ensure the products are returned to us. 


In such case, we will refund you through the same mean of payment as you have originally paid for the order, inclusive the shipping fee. However, please note, the return shipping costs are for your account. Please consult the exact prices through the shipping service provider of your choice. If your package has originally been sent inclusive the product insurance, we expect you to send it back the same way.
