Babic Testament is organic dry red, ruby color wine, with a pleasant fruity smell. It’s known for moderate acidity and mature tannins. It has full, powerful body, yet it's soft and delicious. Oak aging gives it another level of complexity and spiciness. One of the best examples of Babić grapes. 

Babić grapes is a local grape variety, growing only in the northern Dalmatia, especially around Šibenik and Primošten. It's grown on only 343 ha in total and it's known as low yield varietal that produces high quality wines. 

Vinification & Ageing: 
Harvest: Mid September
Technology: Fermentation along with skin contact lasted 10 days. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Ageing: Six months in used barrique barrels, mix of American and French oak.
