Veralda Brut Nature is a distinctive Istrian sparkling wine crafted entirely two native grapes: 50% from Teran and 50% from malvazija Istarska grape. Produced using the méthode traditionnelle – the same technique used in Champagne – it develops a fine, persistent mousse and delicate brioche notes an dan elegant rose colour.
With zero dosage, the wine highlights the pure, vibrant nature of the grapes: bright acidity, mineral tension and a clean, bone-dry finish.

Expect aromas of red apple, wild strawberry, citrus and a touch of brioche from the second fermentation in bottle. Fresh, precise and unmistakably Istrian.
