Made of indigenous grape variety Pošip, grown in the organic vineyard in Jadrtovac near Šibenik. In comparison to Pošip wines from the island of Korčula, Pošip grown here gives fresher, less aromatic wines, yet still full of fruit flavours and with excellent ageing potential.
In this Pošip you will find flavours of stone fruit, pear, chamomile flower and Dalmatian aromatic herbs. The flavour is complex and mineral, with a fresh, delicious ending.

Harvest: Mid of August
Technology: Fermented three weeks with wild indigenous as well as inoculated yeasts under strict temperature control. Stirred on lees during two months. Aged in stainless steel tanks.
