Kolarić is a modern winery located on Plešivica wine region, just about 30 km from Zagreb. Their speciality is growing Pinot Grigio and today they offer a range of labels, from sparkling 100% Pinot Grigio wine through Amfora fermented and aged ones.

Kolarić's Pinot Grigio wines are definitely of high quality and are certainly worth a try. In glass this fresh, mineral Pinot Grigio has golden yellow color and pronounced aroma intensity. On the nose as well in the mouth it shows rich flavours of apple, peach and some citruses. In the aftertaste it leaves a slightly bitter, but prolonged finish.
