Fermented with native yeasts and bottled before fermentation is complete, this unfiltered Pet Nat captures Teran's natural freshness and wild fruit aromas. Expect notes of wild strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, and a touch of spice. The bubbles are lively, the texture slightly creamy, and the finish refreshingly dry with zippy acidity.

Bottled in very limited quantities, this is a playful and pure expression of Teran — natural, unpolished, and made for curious palates.
