Carefully selected Malvazija Istarska grapes are harvested from Roxanich's vineyards surrounding Motovun. The wine undergoes sparkling wine production with secondary fermentation, resulting in fine and persistent bubbles while preserving the freshness and aromatic purity of Malvazija. Extended contact with lees contributes additional texture and complexity.

Tasting Notes:Pale colour with a lively and persistent mousse. Aromas of citrus peel, green apple, white peach and Mediterranean herbs are complemented by subtle floral notes. The palate is fresh, elegant and mineral-driven, with vibrant acidity and a long, refreshing finish.
