You’ll explore a curated lineup of six wines:

• 2 white/macerated wines

• + a surprise bonus wine

The tasting is complemented by Istrian‑inspired bites from Inat Kantine, crafted by chef Tamara, renowned for her refined take on Balkan cuisine and author of the acclaimed cookbook Zuur Kersen Hart. Her pairings add depth, balance, and cultural journey to every wine.
