Clai Ottocento Pinot Sivi is a distinctive expression of Istrian Pinot Grigio, organically grown and hand-harvested in Krasica, Western Istria. This wine defies simple categorization — it’s not quite white, rosé or orange, but a personality-packed Pinot Sivi with spice and texture from skin maceration and extended aging in used big oak barrels.

In the glass, its delicate strawberry-blond hue foreshadows aromas of wild strawberry, citrus and subtle herbal notes, leading to a silky mouthfeel with integrated tannins and layered complexity. Dry, expressive and endlessly versatile with food.
