Plavac Mali Reserve is a wine with character, dominant and harmonious and also well rounded. It is ripe, but with adequate fruitiness. Nicely developed and long lasting nose in direction of dried dark fruit, berries and stone fruits, but also herbal and smoky. Finish is long and lingering, with a pleasant bitterness. Best served with grilled meat, ripe cheese but also with dark chocolate.

Food pairing: Best combination with dry aged steak and red meat

Ageing potential: Enjoy now or cellar up to 6 years.

Serving temperature: 16°C / 18°C (61°F / 64°F)

Decanting: Recommended for at least 30-60 minutes.
