Product description

Biodynamically grown and produced, organic dry white blend made by famous Croatian winemaker Giorgio Clai. The wine goes through fermentation and maceration on skins in open vats, without the addition of selected yeasts and enzymes. Each variety is macerated separately between 5 and 15 days on temperature between 22-25 degrees Celsius. Grapes are punched down 3 times a day during both fermentations (alcoholic and malolactic). Afterwards, wine is pressed and put for ageing for 2 years in large wooden barrels of 1000-2500l.
