Plavina is one of Dalmatia’s lesser-known native grapes—light-skinned, expressive, and ideal for the Mediterranean climate of Northern Dalmatia. At Ante Sladić Winery, this variety is handled with minimal intervention: organic vineyard work, wild yeast fermentation, and no filtering.

The result is a vibrant and authentic red wine with aromas of sour cherry, dried herbs, and a touch of smoke. On the palate, it's refreshing and juicy with low tannins, making it a great chillable red. It carries both rustic charm and modern drinkability.
