Testament Babić Opolo Rosé is rosé sparkling wine with scent of vineyard grown peach, strawberry and wild flowers. On the palate too,  fruity, fresh and balanced. Persistent bubbles and lasting finish. 

Decanter's tasting notes

"Delicate nose of red berries, orange skin and jasmine. Light, pure, and refreshing with frothy bubbles."

Vinification

Quick processing (destemming, crushing and gentle pressing with 2 hours of skin contact). Just the first juice is used. First fermentation lasted 2 months with stirring on lees. Second fermentation took place in bottles for 12 months on lees before disgorging. Contains 6 g/l acidity.
