Terra Madre Plavac Mali Premium represents the flagship expression of the winery – crafted from the finest hand-harvested grapes grown on the steep coastal vineyards of Komarna - Pelješac Croatia’s first fully organic wine appellation, overlooking the Pelješac peninsula and the Adriatic Sea.

After a carefully controlled fermentation and extended maceration to extract full color and depth, the wine matures for 12 months in oak barrels of 225 and 500 liters. This process builds remarkable concentration and harmony, balancing ripe fruit, spice, and fine oak structure.

The bouquet reveals black cherry, plum, dried fig, Mediterranean herbs, and a touch of tobacco, creating an intricate and expressive aroma profile. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and velvety, with ripe tannins, layered richness, and a long, elegant finish that embodies the character of Dalmatian Plavac Mali.
