Light & refreshing modern style wine from the most northern part of Croatia. Made of 100% Moslavac (aka Šipon, Mosler or Furmint). 

Vinification & Maturation: 
Soft pressing of grapes, natural sedimentation and fermentation in stainless steel under controlled temperature. Maturing in stainless steel before being released to market. 

Tasting profile: 
Light and lively wine. Beautiful and clear yellow - green color. The scent is dominated by herbal notes such as dry hay, then a handful of citrus fruits and very mild floral aromas. The taste is finely filled and rounded, while the alcohol remains mild (only 11.5%).  The acids are lively (6,9 g/l), refreshing and have a counterbalance in a small amount of unfermented sugar (1.2 g/l), which gives it an attractive sour-sweet effect. Retro taste is perhaps the most beautiful part of taste. It has a distinctly fruity character, with a certain sweetness as a result of the sour-sweet game and a pleasantly bitter finish.

Pušipel is a true summer wine, best paired with some light fish, white meat, risottos or pasta with cheese based sauces.
