Pušipel is the local variety of the continental part of Croatia, Medjimurje. This sort is better known as hungarian Furmit of which the famous Tokaj wines are made. This one, from Croatia, is a dry, crisp, light body wine of green-yellow colour that provides perfect refreshment. Best to drink well chilled.
