Korak Rosé Nature
KORAK Rosé Nature pas dosé sparkling wine is produced applying the traditional champenoise method with no filtering and the use of an absolute minimum or no sulfur. Grapes are harvested and sorted by hand by the family, and maceration and fermentation takes place in open old oak barrels from 1935. that have been passed down from generation to generation. After a few hours in contact with the skin, the base wine of this sparkling beauty acquires stunning natural pink color.
Rosé Nature is made of 100% Pinot Noir, bottle aged for 36 months or 3 years on its own lees. This sparkling wine will entice with its freshness, minerality, and purity. It offers a spring and summer bouquet aromas of strawberry, raspberry with floral notes and a dash of vanilla.
Crystal clear, salmon-pink color. On the nose roasted notes, smoky and fruity aromas like strawberry, raspberry with a hint of vanila. On the palate substantial, and crisp. It is creamy, bready, well-balanced style, with fine persistent bubbles and a dry, palate-cleansing finish. Serve it chilled in a wider champagne flute. The ideal temperature for serving is between 6 °C to 8 °C. Base wine fermentation takes place in older barrique barrels, while secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle on natural lees
KORAK winery started producing sparkling wines in 2013. applying the traditional champenoise method. Strategy in producing sparkling wines is to make them mature on their own to their best version, avoiding any artificial additives in order to speed up the process. This makes our sparkling wines particularly dry, mineral and fresh.
