"Pjenušac" means "bubbles" in Croatian — and this wine lives up to the name: vibrant, crisp, and elegant.

What truly sets it apart is the vinification method. While made using the méthode traditionnelle, Clai adds a signature twist:
In the new year, a still-fermenting batch of Chardonnay is blended into the base wine to naturally trigger the second fermentation in bottle — with no added sugars, yeasts, or sulfites.

The result is a Brut Nature with fine bubbles, salty minerality, electric freshness, and lively tension.
Although the wine is unfiltered and undergoes skin contact, it remains clear, with a light golden hue. Expect fresh fruit aromas, subtle nuttiness, and complex layers.
