Coronica Gran Malvazija is a wine made only in the best years. For this purpose, Moreno Coronica selects the best grapes. Fermented and aged on lees for 18-20 months in the stainless steel tanks. The wine has only about ±60mg of sulphur and is produced in a very natural way from the vineyard to the bottle. 

Ageing on lees gives this Malvazija a bit more body and a nice, creamy taste. Perfect wine for various food pairings, including chicken, different pasta en some grilled fish.

Proper ageing develops mineral and spicy notes in the wine, while retaining its characteristic aroma and freshness.
