Grape Variety: Also called Welschriesling or Riesling Italico, Graševina is a grape variety that produces light or medium-bodied wines with excellent acidity and a rich bouquet dominated by apple, citrus and herbal aromas.
Winery: Buhač is a family winery located in Ilok in historic Slavonia (eastern Croatia, on the border with Serbia), where the Sava and Drava meet the Danube.
Region: The winery is located inland in eastern Croatia, close to the river Danube. Pure Danube terroir in a Continental climate.
Tasting notes: Intense aromas of green apple, white flowers, citrus fruit and bitter almonds. An easy-drinking wine with refreshing acidity.
Winemaking: Fermented and matured in stainless steel.
Food pairings: haddock, mussels, asparagus, salads, vegetarian dishes or as an aperitif.
Alcohol: 13.5%
