Plavina is an indigenous red variety. Child of Tribidrag (Zinfandel). Unfiltered. Translucent and ruby red. The wine bursts with aromas of sour cherry, sun-kissed oregano and dark chocolate. On the palate, spicy fruit flavours are fresh and vibrant, leaving you with a luscious, juicy finish.

 

Ante Sladic's Plavina 2018 is macerated for 10 days and then fermented with native yeast in stainless steel. Aged 10 months in Slavonian oak barrels before being bottled.
