Vinification Process
The grapes are hand-harvested from organically farmed vineyards and transported to the winery the same day. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with wild and selected yeasts to ensure a natural expression of the terroir. The wine is then aged in oak barrels, refining its structure and adding layers of complexity while preserving its vibrant fruit character.
