Europeans have been in love with the taste of Elderflower from the Roman times. These were used to flavor food and drink at the time. The intense and clear taste and smell of elderflowers comes from a special variety that grow in the continental part of Croatia. We use only fresh flowers picked at the right moment when the flowers aroma is optimal.

From this bottle you get at least 22 glasses of elderflower drink. You can of course also use the syrup in a dessert or make a mocktail or cocktail with it.
