Korak's Pinot Noir from south and southwestern positions Križevac and Cimbuščak on Plešivica is the perfect example of wine that combines the old and new world style Pinot Noir. It's well structured, soft dry red wine with mild tannins, exceptional elegance and long lasting finish. 

Vinification:

Harvested by hand, macerated for 4 weeks and fermented in barriques on natural yeast. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation.

Maturation:

12 months in french oak, 12 months in big old oak barrels, bottle aged for 12 months.

Serving tip:

Serve it chilled in big Bourgogne glass at 14-16 degrees Celsius
