Review by Exotic Wine Travel on Vivino:
Methode traditonelle sparkler made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Pear, lemon, chestnut and briosche notes. It isn't creamy lile Champagne but it has a long finish. Taste of Plešivica, Croatia in the bottle. Persistant and fine bubbles. From one of the better producers in Croatia. 3.9
Serve it chilled: 6-8°C
