On Tuesday, February 2nd, join us for the first online specialist guided olive oil tasting. Together with Lena from Brist-olive, we'll learn more about the extra virgin olive oil - how to taste the difference between different qualities of extra virgin olive oil and what makes evoo so healthy.

The package contains:

- Brist gift box with 3 different olive oils (Brist Intenso, Delicato and Sta Margherita; each 100 ml)
- tasting cups
- 100 ml of supermarket Extra virgin olive oil (Tasting sample)
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- Brist brochure

What you'll have to prepare yourself:

- some fresh, white bread
- some fresh & some aged cheeses (optional)
- a glass of water

About the speaker:
Lena Puhar O'Grady is a certified olive oil taster and the co-owner of Brist-olive, a family owned business from Istria, the region of olive oil. Apart from managing Brist, she has also worked as a head of tasting in the House of olive oil in Pula.
