Dingac - a region on the peninsula of Peljesac in Southern Dalmatia famous for the most delicious and best known examples of Plavac Mali wines. This region is situated on the southern side, in the middle of the peninsula. Famous for its' extremely steep (50 degrees) slopes that descend to the sea, which greatly impacts the quality of the grapes. Madirazza is a family run business, that based its wine production on French standards. Currently they have about 20 different wines in their offer. Madirazza's Dingac is a strong, full bodied wine. Deep in color and full of fruity aromas. Complex flavours combined with expressive tannins and somewhat sweet aftertaste of plavac mali, give this wine lots to talk about. The wine has aged for a year in oak barrels, and 6-8 months in bottles before going to the market. Definitely a great pairing partner for tender steak of lamb.
