    Biodynamic, organic red wine blend made by a renowned winemaker Giorgio Clai. Blend of Refosco and Merlot, where Merlot gives fruit and softness and Refosco keeps acidity and freshness. Together, they make up for a beautifully balanced and elegant wine with long lasting finish.

    Wine is fermented and macerated at 30 degrees Celsium in open large wooden barrels for about a month, using only natural yeasts. During this time, the wine goes through alcoholic and malolactic fermentations and its punched down 3 times a day. After the fermentation, the wine is pressed and put for ageing for at least 2 years in large oak vats of 1000-2500l.
