Well, Babic is an indigenous variety from the Central Dalmatia. Mostly region around Šibenik.
Light red wine with lots of red fruits on nose and palate, followed by spices and wood. Medium bodied, medium tannins and acidity. Easy drinking wine, most closely compared to Pinot Noir.
Best served: 18 C
Pair it with: white meat, turkey, grilled fish
