With flavors of black and dried fruits, blackcurrant and prunes, accompanied by the range of spice aromas such as nutmeg, cedar and black pepper, this deep red color wine is an excellent pairing choice for red meat or winter dishes.
Medium tannins and strong acidity give this wine a high potential to mature well. The wine is aged for 24 months in barrique barrels, and the producer suggests the wine could be kept for over 15 years!
This wine comes from the controlled wine region of Slavonija, Kutjevo, very famous for some of the excellent yet not overpriced wines and its classified as the high-quality wine of Croatia.
